Fostec Original SBV 12
Fostec Original SBV 12
Saw this today on YouTube. 12 gauge on an AK platform, folding stock with a short barrel, hand brace, feeds like an AR. Nice package but expensive $2799. Comes with a 5 round mag or 20-30 round drums.

How can that be legal? A single shot w/ less than a 18" barrel is illegal here in NC.

OK, It's not a shotgun. It is "from the factory" a "smooth bore firearm". So it is not a shotgun. So you can have a barrel length down to 16" .......or less if you don't have a shoulder stock and it is considered a handgun (pistol)?steelbuttplate wrote:How can that be legal? In NC, you can have high cap magazines like this drum.

You can not "shoulder this firearm legally as it is in this video.
It has a lot of "quirks" but in NJ, NY, CA you can't use the drum (10 round max magazine)

Well I'll be damned, a 12 ga. smoothbore non shotgun. Why didn't I think of that? Those would have went like hotcakes in the Pacific Island campaign.
