“Freedom is the right to tell people what they do not want to hear.” George Orwell, English novelist, essayist, and critic, 1903-1950

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

What is on the rear of the slide of the CZ-83 and was the trigger changed out on it? Reason I ask is I have 2 CZ-83s I bought while stationed in Germany and neither have that.

Yes, CZ 83 was "upgraded" - adjustable rear sight, optical-fibre front sight, modified trigger - for better feeeeeling! :D
(and rubber bottom of magazine from CZ 75)

That's cool seeing your Czech weapons. How were the SA 26 and the vz 61 demilitarized?

I picked up a CZ 50 and a CZ 82 recently. A CZ 52 is high on my want list.

I'm almost opposite, I've got the CZ-52, and 2 CZ-83s, and the CZ-82 is on my wish list.

I have a couple of CZ 52's, one in 7.62X25 and one in 9mm. Those SMG's look really nice.

Using welder and grinder and dismounting some parts so there is de office impossible full auto. Sa vz. 58 too. :furious:
Did licenced subjects using certified processes.
It´s de facto impossible for civilian to own full auto weapon here.

PPSh 41 - ones of the weapons (alongside Mosin Nagant  ) of the 1st Czechoslovak Army Corps; this unit in the Battle of the Dukla Pass in the fall of 1944, together with Red Army units, after a very heavy fighting, managed to cross the Czechoslovak state border for the first time. It was in October 4, 1944.
