Double Date Ex-Pem Sniper

I picked this up a couple of years ago at a small gun show in town. It's a 1938/48 Tula 91/30 double date ex-pem sniper. There was only 1 other Mosin Nagant
there at the show. The seller had both. The only thing that caught my eye at the time was the double date. Once I got it home and started to clean the 20
pounds of goo off I realized it was a ex-sniper as well.
They were made in the mid 30's to 1940. They changed from top mount to side mount in 1938 and made over 19,000 that year. Some Pictures.
