This 1937 Tula m91/30 has been stamped with the "Made in U.S.S.R." stamp on the receiver. No other import stamps are found on this rifle.

The stock and handguard appear to be Spanish replacements. The wood grain is quite different from what you would normally find in a Russian Mosin.

You can see a bit more of the grain in this picture. Also of note, the rear sight does not have the extra pins that were added later during refurbishment. You can also more clearly see that the top handguard does not have the brass or steel end caps.
The front sight blade and the cleaning rod appear to also be Spanish replacement parts.
The rifle also has the Spanish style sling hangers. First picture is a close up of the front hanger and the second of the rear hanger.
While not a lot is known about the MP8 Flaming Bomb stock stamp, it is well known as a Spanish arsenal marking. Which arsenal in particular though remains a mystery.
The MP8 stamp is found on the left side of the butt stock on this rifle.
