Sending PM's (it's stuck in the "outbox" and won't go!)

When you send a PM, it will show in "your" outbox and will stay there until the person you sent it to opens it to read it.

When they do open it, at that time it will disappear from your outbox. In this way you will know if and when they read their PM from you. If they never pick it up, it will stay in your outbox and you know they have not read their PM's.

Also, you can "edit" that PM (in your outbox) until they open it. Once they open it, it's delivered.
