Re: Freedom...
The average Ukrainian was armed when it benefited the government to arm them. When this is over the Zelensky regime will be looking to collect those AKs they handed out. So that he can strengthen his grip over the people of Ukraine. When you ban duly elected political rivals from all political activ...

Re: CMP service grade
Very nice. Did you luck out and get a USGI stock with it? I bought a service grade IHC and a field grade Winchester and HRA back in 2018 and I lucked out with USGI stocks on all three. A lot of people were getting Hackberry stocks on their CMP guns when the Phillipine returns hit. I got WWII USGI s...

Re: CMP service grade
Special Grade means it has a new production barrel. Above Service Grade is Correct or Collector Grade. CMP Garands have been pretty nice lately. Congrats. I got an early WWII 5 Digit SA rearsenaled for Korea with late WWII cartouched stock and untouched after that. As well as WWII WRA with original ...

Re: What is this?
There is a designation in the stamping that PW bought it from Turkey. Turkey is the only country that would use M38 designation for a 8mm Mauser. Sent from my Pixel 4 XL using Tapatalk I think the correct statement is that the importer would be the only one to use the M38 designation. But you are p...

To me it is a fantasy piece and worth whatever a shooter would be worth. Maybe $300?

Re: US Westinghouse Moisin
Hi - Newbie here - have done a search of forums but not sure I found the answer I needed Have a Westinghouse Moisin but there is no handguard - barrel bands look to have been touching the barrel underneath the bands for many years as the area underneath the bands is fairly bright - and don't see ho...

Re: USGI M1 Carbines in Stock!
There will be more. Everything these days is coming from Limex out of Austria. They are the largest arms dealer in the world. They sell mostly to PW and Century. PW got 9,000 SKS recently from Limex. The carbines were bought from Italy along with the M1D Italian Tipo2 Snipers. How they get around re...

Been a Busy Buyer
Just got approved for Permits for a dozen rifles I'm importing from Germany. While I was waiting for those I bought some pistols in Finland. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20201211/aebc9f4ec8c50015c0e5c1c152921363.jpg https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20201211/f67ee8d9cd42bdbaf67e6b5c82b2c698.jpg h...

It's unbelievable that stores are out of good toilet paper again. Thankfully we are stocked deep with the Charmin Ultra Soft, and plenty of ammo of all calibers.

Re: Mauser information
Google is your friend. There appear to be several Mauser forums online. Not always' anybody can post up anything and it becomes fact, I have seen a lot of completely false info on firearms all over the internet. Some pics would help, Mauser Military Rifles of the World is one reference I own, great...

Re: Mauser information
We are building a depository of information for mostly contract Mausers on MeWe in Antique and Milsurp Firearms Group. Mostly which parts should be serial numbered matching and different markings to look for. 1895 Chilean Mausers are covered. For German Mausers there is no better source than K98kfor...
