It still has pre war sling slots they are just painted over with shellac

This is a 1937 Izhevsk rifle I bought to go with my 1937 Tula.
It has something that looks like hair under the sling slot screw.
The screw still has shellac in the slot so I don't know how it got under the screw and not have been shellacked over

It has all matching numbers. Tang date matches barrel date It has no import mark. The stock has been cut and sanded.I figured it was still worth $75.00

What is a 1925 Tula m91 SA with blued bolt all matching numbers and no import mark worth All the metal is very good but the stock has been cut just after the rear sight. they are asking $200.00

It has a thick shim at the back of the trigger and a piece of thin metal folded toward the front of the trigger
