Someone removed a butt load of blueing on that rifle. It has a lot of metal stamping though.

Looks like some ground down welds or something. Dont know what the purpose of it was.

I am not gonna buy that and i saw those terrible solder jobs there too, pony. The one on the front sight is not any better. Makes me think this is a old time bubba or one made to look old. :roll:
I got my old mosin fix whilst you was gone Cliff. On page 2. It has a catchy name can't miss it. (Peter Teaser :lol: )
