Clever Mirage shotshells

Post by Sonny »

A few weeks ago we found some inexpensive 28 gauge ammo in the city. It’s Italian made and called Clever Mirage. Well today I tried it out trap shooting and holy smokes I shot a perfect 25 with the little 28 gauge. This made me happy. :D

Anyone else ever try this ammo?

Never heard of them. Maybe not sold here? 28 is not exactly common in my area, 20 and 12 are the norm with the bird hunters and skeet shooters I know.
Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.
Don't hit at all if it is honorably possible to avoid hitting; but never hit soft.

This is the first time I seen this ammo too and I found it in a little out of the way gun shop,no other stores (that I know of) carry this stuff.

But hey it's 25% cheaper than Winchester AA and shoots just as good if not better.

Yeah most guys use a 12 or a 20 gauge up here too but a few of us like the 28.
