Beretta A400 Extreme plus

Post by Sonny »

Wow I don't know where to start but I love it and call it my Storm Trooper gun because of the "Kryptek Wraith" colour.

It has the "Kick off" stock which I love because it reduces felt recoil by a lot and I could shoot this gun all day long. Also has five extented screw in chokes, oversized charging handle and bolt release button for use with heavy gloves or mitts, fiber optic front sight with beed sight in the middle, comes with extra spacers for the butt pad and for the wrist too. Will shoot 2 3/4 - 3 and the mighty 3.5 inch shells. The 3.5 inchers shoot a lot milder out of this than compared to a pump gun which by the way is just painful out of a Remington 870.

Anyhoo I really like this gun and it fits me good too.

I like the color scheme on it......Would look cool on a old truck or Jeep or even a Hummer.

Nice, I have used the Beretta A300 former British military shotgun since the early 90's. It can sweep a room almost as fast as my Winchester 97 trench gun.
Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.
Don't hit at all if it is honorably possible to avoid hitting; but never hit soft.

That is one damn good-looking gun there Sonny. No taping it up for shooting in the snow.

They are highly prized as waterfowl guns. The only other current gun I'd consider were I to get back in to duck hunting is the Remington V3.

Sonny, you are ready and cleared for action on Planet Hoth, and are already acclimated to it.

Update

Man Oh Man I'm really liking this new Beretta A400 Extreme Plus shotgun and my trap score avg has gone up from 17-19 to 22-24

Shot three rounds Wednesday evening and hit 23-25-24.. Yesterday I shot four rounds and hit 22-23-24-24.. Today I shot another four rounds and hit
23-25-24-22..
But I think I should start reloading as factory ammo takes a bite out of my pension.

Oh and I did try some 3.5 inch high velocity steel ammo and this kick off system really tames the recoil on those big shells and that's a good thing. :D

That is a heck of a nice shotgun. I guess that is a snow camo pattern? We don't run into that a lot down here.
