New to me M44

This one came to me covered in cosmo, the bore was filled with cosmo previously. The bore is absolutely pristine and the stock is very solid and also in fantastic shape.
Non matching, but every part is Izhevsk stamped that I see. I don't see any Tula parts on her anywhere. Came with an odd leather sling- not really sure what it is.

Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.
Don't hit at all if it is honorably possible to avoid hitting; but never hit soft.

Cool rifle. I am assuming this is one of the non refurbs that came out of Romania. I have several like this, also with premo bores but non matching. You will like this one. Beautiful!

This one has one of the smallest import marks I have ever seen. Could barely find it. Looks like Navy Arms Co.
