No import marked Finn M-91?

Post by gurn »

Ever seen one? I saw one today, a B barrel . No small mark at end of barrel like my others, nothing anywhere. Now the bad, the stock has been duffel cut. So no forward part, handguard or cleaning rod. Still, should I go back and get it for $150? What to do........ grab or pass?

Grab!!! But offer $75.
“Freedom is the right to tell people what they do not want to hear.” George Orwell, English novelist, essayist, and critic, 1903-1950

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

Get it.
Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.

Wow I am having a flashback! I saw one of those that was refinished and stock was cut too. Excellent reblue was part of the package too? I wonder if that is possibly the same rifle? I would not ponder too long and would pick it up too. Bill

Very nice. I have a Remington M91 with no Import marks. Also has no Finn marks either.
