1953.9 matching T-53

Post by drabnor »

Hows about an all matching T-53 for your viewing pleasure? Possibly showcase worthy?

Made in 1953.9, and has a cryllic letter preceding the serial...

Pics are before any cleanup. Bottom one is the all matching one(top one[1954.1] is not in bad shape either but will have it's own thread)

Nice find  I just got a 1953.9 too last week. Serial number is 2000 early than yours.

I have two 1955's with great bolts/bores and actions but hammered gouged stocks. Looking for a 1953.9....'cause it's my birth month and year. Good enough reason.
