Update on my purchase of a crate of Mosins...

Post by rmcelwee »

A week ago I mentioned that I bought a crate (20) of Mosins. What goodies did I find in there?

The four rifles I am keeping (matching numbers and bayonets):

1926 tula hex ex-dragoon
1926 Izhevsk hex ex-dragoon
1930 Izhevsk hex
1931 tula hex

Well done!

Now what to do with the remaining rifles?

Four out of twenty. About twenty percent winners than and now you have 16 to sell and make enough profit to cover the 4. Sometime if you will I would love to see a breakdown of your financial outcome of this and what you ended up having to do to get this done and paid for. Four forced matched refurbed Mosins. OK I guess? Bill :?

Oh ok I see the 4 rifles you're talking about now. They're listed like some people have them in their signature so I looked right past them, DOH!

Wonder why Classic advertises the crates as being all round receivers.

No video. I've always had a hard time taking pics of rifles (especially really long ones) but here is my webpage for the purchase:
