That isn't a bad price, good infact if it is a nice clean shotgun. It is a Winchester 1200 pump action sold through Sears. The chokes are a real plus.

Bought one for $180 last summer, It would be worth at least $225 USD in the current market were things are going nuts, maybe more.
Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.

I have one in 20 with the adjustable chokes. Solid shotgun, I have more trigger time on it than any other model shotgun. I'd recommend it.

Ted Williams was the name Sears started using in the late 60's to replace the old JC Higgins line, mine is one of the last of the JC Higgins marked guns. It's funny how few sellers have a clue they are selling a Winchester, if the gun had Winchester marked on it they would up the price by a couple of hundred bucks. I saw what it was right away and kept a straight face while I was told that Sears had guns made in Turkey or someplace.

I recently dug out an old 1967 Gun Digest book. Looking at it today, I found the Ted Williams listed in the price guide for $112.50 with variable choke.

Pull the trigger! Good, solid shotgun.

That was a lot of money in 1967, the 200 Model was not a bottom line shotgun.
