Re: M1 Garand

As loud as a K98 Mauser and Garand are along with a MG 42 rattling off in the distance I doubt anyone could hear the ping of a Garand stripper clip. Oh yeah most important, that's a really nice Garand.

Re: The current Remington 1858 Collection

Nice find, that one definitely has a story to tell. I wonder if the owner ended up on the ground next to it and is still buried someplace out there in that old oil field.

I like it and would also like to know where you got that from? I have to say that is the most interesting first post I have ever seen.

Re: Collections

Nice Garand, covering the classic American stuff first takes time and money, and nothing is getting cheaper.

I have a three year old who asked several days ago to go fishing, found and old rod and knew what it was for, I guess it time to get a license.

Type 14 Nambu Nagoya

IMG_0030.JPG To start off the military handgun thread I'm placing my favorite, one I'm happy to be able to continue to own in these tough times, even my wife appreciates having this example around. Some may have seen this before, though what we are looking at is a Type 14 Nambu, Nagoya production M...

Re: Collections

Have had two of those Swiss gas mask shoulder bags since I was kid, still use them for ammo when shooting but mine have thirty years of wear on them and do not look nearly that nice. I would like to find some more.
