Re: gun socks
thanks guys. I got one to try. I got a gift card to gander for my birthday. I'm going to put this one on my shot gun that comes out of the safe once every other year. I always seam to be bumping something into it, and this may offer some protection..
thanks

I thought about getting a few of these. Are these ok for long term storage in the back of the safe?

You found my photo. I don't use that any more. What to buy it? I also have one that will fit a carbine. Let me know.

Re: Bayonets
Nice bayonets so far everyone. Not sure what bayonet to add to the thread discussion so I decided to post up this pic again instead. When I get a bayonet I try it out on the rifle, then toss it in the crate. WoW, that's sweet.. Looks like a crate I'd like to have.. I need to get me a bay...

Re: New m95 steyr
Before you take the bolt out read the following. It will save about a 1/2 day of learning a new vocabulary. http://www.surplusrifle.com/steyrm95/bolt/pdf/m95bolt.pdf Thanks, already did. Took a few minutes to get it back together. I don't think I'll be taking it apart to clean it every time I shoot...

New m95 steyr
Picked this up today. Any way to tell the year it was made? From what I understand it was used in WW1 then again in WW2? I have a clip for it but no ammo yet. The bluing is real nice under the stock. Bore is very good. Any thoughts http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/01/23/6apareta.jpg http://img.tapatalk....

I don't know, but it looks pretty sweet.. I look forward to seeing what others say about it. Did you win the bid? I would have taken it for that price.
