Re: Cheap? Nah, free!
Yea,Free is good. Nice rifle . Since the Finn MNs are rare and worth more than a standard refurb, you might want to get another one or two to shoot regularly and save the more valuable Finn for your collection. You can still find good shooters out there for about $150.00. I like to use the cheaper am...

Re: IT'S A WHAT??
I wonder if this one ever had a dust cover like some of the Japanese rifles had before the were taken off? They sometimes rattled and made too much noise for combat. I can't remember the model that had the dust cover.JGC

Re: My Birch stocked Garand
I wonder if the Birch is as tough as the Missouri Walnut many Garands were made with? I've seen many M-1 and M14"s while in the service none looks like that one. I like it. Sort of like a natural camo. finish. Thanks for sharing the pictures. JGC

Re: Triangular SKS Firing Pin
Hi target, is your helmeted soldier in the rain left handed with a left hand scope, mount and rifle?Or is the picture backwards, like Billy the Kid's was. Many people think the negative was turned around, which made Billy look left handed, I think the give away on Billy's picture was said to be small ...

Re: Chinese SKS Type 56 - matching - no I didn't paint it
Why a spike bayonet when it looks like it has a blade? If you can't find a regular stock to replace it try some Goof Off on the camo. paint, if you want to get it back to original. I have one that I got cheap which had an ATI black synthetic stock. I had to to go to a few gun shows but I was finally ...

Re: Makarov 9mm Pistol
I just checked Widner's page and they did have PA63 and P83 Makarovs for sale @ about $200.00 but did not list them as C&R FFL03. They were sold out of P64 and did not list a CZ82 at all. To bad.The C&R CZ82 is my favorite. I bought two with 2000 rounds of mixed 9X18 Silver and Brown bear am...

Re: Remington Model 4 .25-10 RF where's the ammo?
As to when that model 4 was made I 've never seen one before and the old timers in my family say Remington must not have have made very many, perhaps because of the civil war taking up all production for military rifles.Production of civilian guns took a back seat during this time. Nice rifle .Hope y...
