It was real good actually. I brought some to work and got a few coworkers to try it. They liked it too. It was dense but not tough and tasted a lot like beef or venison and slightly like dark meat poultry.

I cooked it. It was good. I'll eat it again.

Not sure yet. I just took the breast meat. I brined them overnight, then rinsed them and put them in the freezer until I get more. I have to ask, what is a cowhorn? That ugly thing in the 4th picture. I saw him in my scope a couple days after my trailcam captured him.
