Re: Best trigger Mosin
My T53 had a much better trigger in it than my favorite 91/30 by far. I switched parts back and forth to figure out just what it was that was giving it the much lower trigger pull and eventually ended up with it being the sear. Set them side by side, couldn't find one bit of difference with it. Put ...

Re: C&R license info page
It's my own belief that if the moment ever came for government intervention or inspection, they would be much more concerned with those who own Evil Black Rifle types of firearms than us guys with ancient Mosin Nagants, Yugoslavian Mausers and Makarov pistols...

Re: Rear sight pusher
If you could refine that a little, you might find there to be a market for them. I started out a year ago making an aluminum one for the front sight on the 91/30's, and now have 8 different models for the Mosin's that I've shipped to 9 countries!

Re: Beat Up Old Mosin
Firing pin is definitely there as the cocking knob wouldn't have anything to screw onto if it wasn't. Keep in mind that after replacing the bolt head, you should have headspacing checked by a gunsmith to make sure it is safe to shoot, be a good idea to have one that is familiar with the Mosin's look...
