If you could refine that a little, you might find there to be a market for them. I started out a year ago making an aluminum one for the front sight on the 91/30's, and now have 8 different models for the Mosin's that I've shipped to 9 countries!

Firing pin is definitely there as the cocking knob wouldn't have anything to screw onto if it wasn't. Keep in mind that after replacing the bolt head, you should have headspacing checked by a gunsmith to make sure it is safe to shoot, be a good idea to have one that is familiar with the Mosin's look...
