It's not that the rebuilt and refinished Ukraine imports don't have experience. They do. But once the salt blue and shellac are applied, they become Cold Wars relics over World War and police action arms.

As you have discovered, it is not a bolt issue, even though it it called Sticky Bolt syndrome. The casing is stuck in the chamber and the extractor can't let go without a swift blow from a hammer.
