Hello,
Yes, the makers mark is on the receiver under the rear sight; you should be able to see it. Are there any stampings on the stock? By the time of the Korean war they were mixed matched pound puppies. Can you show any pictures of markings and stamps on rifle and stock?.

Hello, One of my Fathers favorite days of the year... That old fart would even load up the motorhome and drive down too Camp Pendleton for the celebrations, even into his late 70s. Ballsy old fart. He'd hookup down at the beach rv area on base, just north of the powerplant; south end of the base. Pl...

Hello, Well, I'd take the advice from the plumber above, that's not making any money off of you(MT). Also, maybe learn how to do your own plumbing needs. Seeing that the quality/ethics of the contractors and plumbers in your area are sharks and can smell the scent of blood... I'll second, the tankle...

Hello, Bunkysdad.
I like the early single-six three screw. Non safety years. I hope you didn't send it in for the safety upgrade... If you did, I hope you kept all the original parts.
It's worth way more in it's original forum along with the serialized .22mag cylinder. Which it looks like you have.

I shove these cheap pieces of shit into the crusher constantly, many less than five years old. Bad elements, and rust holes in the thin tanks. Junk priced as if it was high end solid gear. Ditto for the rest of appliances also, all throwaway junk. Hello, Welcome to the new America... Boss. A new an...

Hello, Sunny, It's nice to see someone else likes the Firestone Winter Force tires. We get a bit of snow around my neck of the woods also. Hello,
Well, I hope you counted all the Xs as your own shots and called it good.
Shat happens. It was just funny listening to the two older guys go at it, like an Abbot & Castello baseball script. Hence, the reason I looked over towards their targets... Yet, fun was had by all in the end.

Hello, ^^^^^ ffuries, that's funny. And, reminds me of a day down at the gun club. Two, older gentlemen show up to site their ARs. I've already been there for some time that day. So, I don't mind them going down range posting some targets up. Gives me a snack/water break and the eyes a rest, anyway....
