Looking to get into SVT. I have plenty of knowledge about Nagants but need help on the SVT. What do I need to look for? Any rare dates to look out for?

Does anyone have any input on this pistol? I have a opportunity to buy one and with a quick internet search it seems to be a sought after gun.

Now it hit $1k and reserve still has not been met.

I really needed one of these for my collection but right now I am not ready to pay a premium. This bidder must have come into money. Buying everything in sight right now and does not seem to care what they are paying for it.

Well it hit $800 and the reserve has still not been met. I have sent 2-3 requests asking what the reserve is but no reply. Not sure what they are scared of in not sharing the reserve price.

I have watch this rifle hit $700.00 two to three times and it still has not cleared the reserve.
