Spanish Mauser -

I bought this Spanish Mauser some time back. It is 7mm and the receiver is dated 1932. I would appreciate any history, information. etc. about Spanish Mausers. I had a gunsmith inspect it and he said it is safe to shoot. Thanks for any help.

Re: Tree Rats

A few years ago I had a big problem with tree rats. Ten to fifteen would be in the back yard either eating the bird seed or the deer corn. I got one of the Havahart traps and started my "tree rat relocation program". ( I live inside the city, could shoot them with my pellet gun but it is s...

Remington Mod 11 12Ga Stock refinish

I have had this Remington Model 11, 12Ga for a couple years. It was made in 1911. It is not really collectable grade, so I decided to refinish the stock. Just wanted to share the outcome. Thanks for looking.

Get close to a barn and you might hit it. The other is a .22 LR Micro Might made by Micro-Might Inc. in New Castle, PA. Just got the .32AC...

My Latest: Ruger ATI 10/22

Just got this Ruger ATI 10/22 the other day at my friend's pawn shop. I couldn't turn it down for $200 OTD. Haven't had a chance to shoot it yet. This is my only rifle of this type.

Great looking model 638. Congrats. Good to put in your pocket. Don't have any issue with the hammer getting caught.
Here is my model 642. I just stick it in my pocket and go on my way.

Re: Colefire 9mm pistol

I found it at my friend's gun and pawn shop. I believe, but may be wrong, that it is fashioned after a WWII British automatic pistol, hence the Sterling mag. It was manufactured by Wise Lite Arms in Boyd, Texas. Searching the Web I haven't found another one for sale. Apparently GunBroker and Guns Am...

Colefire 9mm pistol

Picked up this Colefire 9mm pistol a couple weeks ago at my favorite gun and pawn. Not very practical but fun to shoot. Has a 34 round Sterling mag. Heavy as a boat anchor. Never missed a beat when I took it out shooting. The sights were off. Adjusted the front sigh, but haven't been back out to try...

Re: Getting better...........

Went shooting the other day with three other friends. I took my S&W 500 and another guy took his Ruger .454 Casull. He shot his 454 and then shot my 500 twice and handed it back to me. The other two guys wouldn't shoot the 500. I shot it three times and blew away 3 cans. After a skinned knuckle ...

Help with Mauser HSC 80 .380AC

I just purchased this Italian made Mauser HSC 80. There appears to be absolutely no wear on it at all. However, my question concerns the serial number. I can't find anything about the serial numbers on the Italian made Mausers. The serial number is 200XXX. Any help or guidance in the right direction...

Re: Show us your oldest firearm you own (not just Mosins!!)

You guys have some really great old guns. Mine doesn't really compare, but here it is. It an early 1900's Flobert Fallinblo .22 rifle that was popular with wealthy people that shot them indoors after dinner. Mine looked like it came out of the river bottom when I got it. So, I attempted to refinish ...
