Actually the soviets did make some batches post war of M38's and I believe M44's with PU scopes on them. I have seen them in pics taken from the firearms museums in Russia ;)

Thank you Actually Ruger is putting that warning out of sight underneath the barrel tucked up by the ejector assembly............. much better aesthetically ;)

This is the most excited ive been over a firearm........ even more so than my old colt SAA. Elmer Keith was really a amazing person and I wish I could of shared a hunt or shooting session with the man. Beautiful sniper ;) I once had six of them in the sniper version in my collection and had four of them scoped and shot them I did and they were all good shooters....... as long as you remmebred the first shots out of all of them went 14-15" to the right if I remember right....... odd quirk. Aft...

Anyone here have any experience with the new production M57/M70 yugo toks in 9mm and 7.62x25? They have the slide mounted safety. Interested in possibly finding one in the original tok round as a carry gun. Thanks ;)
